The ID Toolbox and Series

The innovative, user-friendly ID Toolbox and Series will be used to promote diversity and inclusion among young marginalised people in Vocational Education and Training (VET) and support professionals working with them. The Toolbox aims to enhance understanding, acceptance, civic engagement, and participation in inclusive VET environments by fostering shared values and providing accessible methods to strengthen diversity, tolerance, and inclusion in VET settings.

Using participatory methods, it co-creates activities and measures addressing identity, culture, personal challenges, and tolerance. These resources are tested through extensive national implementation phases, gathering valuable feedback from young people to ensure relevance and practicality. It includes templates for activities, focus groups, and workshops, and involves multiple partners across Europe.

The final Toolbox and Series will be available as downloadable flipbooks in all partner languages.
